By completing a booking and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms & conditions.

Baby safety & supervision

Babies must be supervised by their parent or carer at all times during their Baby Spa experience.

Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision, care and safety of their baby throughout the session.

Bubble Babies cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings, including prams, car seats or vehicles.

Baby-led sessions

All Baby Spa experiences are baby-led. Babies are never expected or required to participate in any part of the session.

If your baby needs feeding, changing, cuddling, sleeping or a break, you're encouraged to follow their needs.

As every baby responds differently, Bubble Babies cannot guarantee that a baby will participate in or enjoy every element of the experience. This does not entitle the booking holder to a refund or repeat session.

Payment & booking confirmation

Payment for sessions, products and gift vouchers is made through our online booking system.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when booking. If you do not receive this, please check your junk or spam folder.

Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable, including where you or your baby are unable to attend due to illness.

Bubble Babies is a small business and sessions have limited spaces which are reserved specifically for you when you book. Please make sure you are happy with this policy before completing your booking.

In rare and exceptional circumstances, Bubble Babies may choose to offer a partial refund of up to 80%. Any refund offered outside our standard policy is entirely at the discretion of Bubble Babies.

Rearranging your session

If you contact us at least 48 hours before your booked session, we will endeavour to move your booking to another available session.

Any rearranged session must take place within two months of the original session date and is subject to availability.

Special sessions cannot be transferred to another special session. Where a special session is rearranged, the booking will be transferred to a standard Baby Spa session.

Your baby must still meet the relevant age requirements on the date of the rearranged session.

You may also gift your booking to a friend or family member, provided their baby meets the age requirements and you notify us at least 48 hours beforehand by emailing hello@bubblebabies.co.uk.

If Bubble Babies cancels your session

If we need to cancel your session, we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact details provided when booking.

You will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against an eligible Baby Spa experience, subject to availability and the age requirements of the chosen session.

Gift vouchers:

are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
are non-refundable
may be gifted to another family
must be redeemed while the baby meets the age requirements for the chosen experience

It is the voucher holder's responsibility to book before the voucher expires and while their baby remains within the relevant age range.

Illness

Please do not attend if you or your baby have an infectious or contagious illness.

This includes, but is not limited to:

COVID-19
conjunctivitis
hand, foot and mouth disease
measles
chickenpox
rubella (German measles)
whooping cough
impetigo
scarlet fever
norovirus
vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours

This policy helps us protect the babies, families and staff attending Bubble Babies.

Immunisations

Please allow at least 48 hours after routine immunisations before attending a Baby Spa session.

Following the Rotavirus vaccine, babies must wait 14 days before attending.

Health, safety & infection control

Our venues and equipment are regularly checked to ensure they are clean and safe.

Baby Spa baths and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between sessions.

Bubble Babies has completed the Infection Control for Children's Activity Providers course accredited by the Children's Activities Association.

Equality & inclusion

Bubble Babies welcomes families from all backgrounds and is committed to providing an inclusive environment where families are treated fairly and with respect.

If you or your baby have additional needs and would like to discuss anything that may make your visit more comfortable, please contact us before your session.

Data protection

Personal information provided when booking is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers where necessary to operate our website, process payments and manage bookings.

Please see our Privacy Policy for full information about how your personal data is collected, stored and used.

Photography, privacy & safeguarding

We may take photographs or videos during sessions for Bubble Babies' website, social media and promotional materials.

You can opt out of promotional photography during the booking process.

Parents and guests are welcome to photograph or film their own baby but must respect the privacy of other families and should not photograph or film other attendees without their permission.

Flash photography is not permitted.

If you tag Bubble Babies in content on social media, we may reshare your post.

You may withdraw consent for Bubble Babies to use identifiable photographs or videos of you or your baby in future promotional content by contacting hello@bubblebabies.co.uk.

Late arrivals

We understand that getting anywhere on time with a baby isn't always easy.

Unfortunately, sessions cannot be extended because of late arrival.

Your Baby Spa experience begins with photos, followed by the spa bath and finishes with a gentle wind-down massage.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may miss some or all of the photography experience. Photography cannot be moved to the end of the session as this would disrupt the calm wind-down experience for your baby.

Mobile phones

You're welcome to use your phone to photograph and video your own baby.

Please keep phones on silent and do not take phone calls inside the Baby Spa room so that everyone can enjoy the calm environment.

Once a session has started, the session leader is unable to answer telephone calls. If you need to contact us, please send a text message and we'll respond as soon as we're able.
