A few helpful things to know before you and your baby join us.

Age suitability

Our Baby Spa sessions are suitable for babies from 6 weeks to 12 months.

Selected special sessions are suitable for babies up to 18 months, so please check the individual session details when booking.

What to bring

You don't need to bring anything special. Your usual changing bag should have everything you need.

You might also find it helpful to bring:

• Pyjamas or a comfy onesie for afterwards. Babies are often sleepy after their spa.

• A spare top for yourself, particularly if your baby loves to splash!

If possible, please leave car seats in the car as space in the room is limited.

​

Who can attend

Each baby can bring up to two adults.

Alternatively, one adult may attend with one sibling aged 4 years or over.

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate additional adults or younger siblings due to the space available and the calm nature of the session.

Arriving for your Baby Spa

Please arrive at your booked session time.

​

Your experience begins with photos, followed by your baby's bubbling spa bath and finishes with a gentle wind-down massage.

​

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to offer the photo part of your experience. We don't move photos to the end because babies are often beautifully relaxed and sleepy after their massage, and we don't want to disturb that.

Late arrival may also mean your session is shorter, as we can't extend sessions into the next booking.

Cancellations and rearranging

Bookings are non-refundable.

Illness & immunisations

Please check our FAQs and Terms & Conditions before attending for important information about illness, immunisations and when your baby should not attend.

 

Photos & videos

We sometimes take photos and videos during our sessions to share on the Bubble Babies website and social media.

You can opt out on your booking form if you would prefer you or your baby not to appear in our content.

 

Prams

Unfortunately, we don't have enough space for prams inside the Baby Spa room, so these will need to be left outside.
