Need to Know Before Your Baby Spa Session

​Age suitability

Baby spa sessions are suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months.
If you are unsure whether a session is suitable for your baby, please contact us before booking.

 

What to bring

Please bring your usual changing bag. Many parents also find it helpful to bring:

  • Pyjamas or a simple onesie for after the session, as babies often feel tired and ready to sleep

  • A spare top for yourself if your baby enjoys splashing

If possible, please leave car seats in the car, as space within the room is limited.

Who can attend

  • Up to two adults per baby may attend

  • Alternatively, one adult and one sibling aged 4 years or over may attend

For safety and space, additional adults or younger siblings cannot be accommodated.

Arrival time

Please arrive on time for your session.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may miss the photo opportunity. Sessions begin with photos while babies are awake and settled, followed by the baby spa experience and finishing with a calm wind down massage. This order is intentional, as babies are often tired and sleepy by the end of the session.

Photos are not taken at the end of the session, as this would disrupt the relaxing purpose of the baby spa experience.

​

Late arrival may result in a shortened session, as sessions cannot be extended beyond their allocated time.

Cancellations and refunds

Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled session.

Information regarding illness, immunisations and health guidance is outlined in our Terms and Conditions and FAQs. Please review these before booking.

Photos and videos

Photos or videos may be taken during your session for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media, unless you opt out via the booking form. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Prams

Due to limited space, prams cannot be accommodated in the room and will need to be left outside.
