Baby Safety and Risk

You should not leave your baby alone at any time during your spa and massage experience. You, not Bubble Babies, are responsible for ensuring the safety of your child at all times during the experience. You are also responsible for your personal belongings, including prams and vehicles, during the experience.

Payment and confirmation

Payment for goods and services is through the online shop and booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been completed. If you do not receive this email please check your junk folder.

Cancellations, refunds and transfers

Bubble Babies is a small business that needs to be able to depend on bookings in order to be viable. Therefore, under no circumstances, even including cases of sickness, does Bubble Babies allow payments for sessions to be cancelled or refunded. Bubble Babies will, however, endeavour to rearrange the date and/or time of a booked session if possible. You may gift your session to a friend or family member, providing that the baby meets the age limit requirements mentioned above. You must notify Bubble Babies of this at least 24 hours in advance at hello@bubblebabies.co.uk. Please make sure you are happy with the non-refundable nature of the service before booking.

If Bubble Babies cancels your spa and massage experience

In the unfortunate event of Bubble Babies needing to cancel your session for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible by email and/or by phone, using the details provided during booking. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your session.

Gift vouchers 

Bubble Babies gift vouchers entitle one parent and child up to approximately 12 months to a baby spa and massage experience. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to book your session before your child exceeds the specified age limit. Vouchers are non-refundable, but maybe gifted as described above. Vouchers expire 12 months after purchase.

Illness

Please do not attend your booked session if you and/or your baby have a serious illness such as:

• Covid-19

• Conjunctivius 

• Hand, foot and mouth disease

• Measles

• Chicken pox

• German measles

• Whooping cough

• Impetigo

• Scarlett fever

• Norovirus

• Vomiting or/and diarrhea within the previous 48 hours

Health and safety and infection control

Bubble babies undertakes rigorous and regular checks of its venues and equipment to ensure that they are clean and safe. Bubble Babies have passed the Infection Control for Childrens Activity Providers Course accredited by the Children’s Activities Association.

Data Protection

The information on your booking form contains personal data, which Bubble Babies will record, process and keep secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No information will b passed on to a third party.

Photography, privacy and safeguarding

We welcome and encourage photography at our baby spa and massage experience. Bubble Babies will take photographs (for promotional purposes such as sharing on social media/this website) unless you opt out of photographs during the booking process. When using your own photographic equipment (including camera phones) please do not use flash photography, as this can disturb other attendees, given the dimly lit nature of the rooms. Please do not take photographs or videos of other attendees (including babies and parents/carers).

 

If you tag Bubble Babies in any social media posts relating to one of our events it will be assumed that you are happy for these to be shared by us on our social media and in advertisements. You can also send your photos to Bubble Babies to be enhanced. During enhancement of your photos, please let us know if you are happy for Bubble Babies to use them in our social media and/or marketing. Should you wish to withdraw your consent for Bubble Babies to use your photography, please contact us hello@bubblebabies.co.uk.
